BodyForge Fitness is a boutique personal fitness gym in Orange County. We offer customized plans and personal training to help our clients achieve (and maintain) their results.
We’re one of the only gyms offering semi-private personal training, an affordable alternative to 1-on-1 sessions that combines the team spirit of group exercise with the close, individualized attention you get with traditional training. More powerful than circuits and “all-together-now!” classes, these programs connect you with others who share your goals, a trainer specializing in getting you there, and a network of peer support to help you stay accountable.
We’ve helped hundreds master their fitness, and we’ve got a program for everybody. Our system helps you burn up to 700 calories from just one hour of training.
On top of results, we keep our focus on fun. Every class is a new experience, so each session stays exciting and challenging for everyone—no matter their level of experience.
And with our science-fueled approach to program design, your success doesn’t get left up to chance. We calculate every step of the journey, so all you have to worry about is showing up.

Unlike other group training and group fitness classes that move all their members through a circuit, and generally through the same time intervals (“move all-together”), BodyForge Fitness offers real, semi-private personal strength training sessions designed to build muscle and keep the fat off. We offer one-hour training sessions with certified personal trainers in a small group setting.
BodyForge empowers YOU to get a full customized strength training workout completed at your own pace, and at your level of fitness with the motivation and guidance of a certified personal trainer in a full boutique gym setting.
BodyForge Fitness recognizes that everyone is different, with specific needs, weights, and goals. Therefore, it’s best to guide you through a full training session according to how your body works versus putting you into a template circuit and hitting the “go” button. But make no mistake about it, we also offer higher intensity training to cap it all off, two days a week.
You get the best of ALL fitness worlds: Nutrition, strength, metabolic and cardio training all wrapped up each week, month after month.
One thing is for sure about BodyForge: we are not a circuit training gym that times you and the others on each exercise before you move to the next; we are not a cult gym that pushes you to the brink of exhaustion; we are also not a gym that gets your heart rate up through kicks, punches, dances, and other forms of conditioning.
