BodyForge has an all-in solution that helps you get to where your body wants to be. It’s all your choice. Our semi-private personal training program comes complete with easy-to-follow nutrition plans, body measurements, and accountability that keeps you motivated and ready to move forward.

HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
Our membership packages depend on the number of training sessions (“Classes”) you want to have each week and the length of commitment [in months]. Your commitment can be a month-to-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year membership. The longer the commitment, the lower the cost per training session.
We offer the following membership and program packages-
Semi-Private Personal Training
- 2, 3, and 4 sessions per week memberships
- Unlimited sessions (open gym included)
- Drop-ins welcome (call for pricing)
Open Gym
Add-on to any membership or “a la carte”
Flexibility & Range of Motion Classes
- 2 and 4 sessions per month memberships
- Drop-Ins welcome (Call for pricing)
Specialized 8-Week Programs
Specialized 8-Week Programs (Glute Camp, Beach Body, Weight Loss Challenge) - offered through specific dates announced through social media and email.
